Your first visit is our most comprehensive. We'll talk through your health history, current concerns, daily habits, and treatment goals, exploring how the different aspects of your health may be connected.
Through conversation and traditional diagnostic methods, including tongue and pulse assessment, we'll begin to identify patterns and develop an individualized approach to your care.
Your visit includes your first acupuncture treatment, along with recommendations for moving forward.
A continuation of your care, with room for whatever may have changed along the way.
We'll begin with a check-in, revisit your progress, and adjust treatment according to your current needs. Acupuncture is followed by approximately 30 minutes of rest, giving you a little time to settle in and let the world carry on without you.
Additional therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or heat therapy may be incorporated when appropriate, at no additional charge.
Chinese herbal medicine is an integral part of East Asian medical practice, offering another way to approach health through individualized care.
Rather than prescribing herbs based on symptoms alone, formulas are selected according to your constitution, health history, and the patterns identified through traditional assessment.
Your consultation includes a review of your current concerns, medications, and relevant health history to determine whether herbal medicine is appropriate for you.
Available in-person or via telehealth.
Herbal formulas are priced separately and vary based on the ingredients. Costs will always be discussed before ordering.

Insurance + Payment
The Cycles Collective is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly.
Superbills are available on request for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We recommend that you check with your insurer about your out-of-network acupuncture benefits.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted for acupuncture visits.
