Who we are, what we do, & why we love it.
Learn about our philosophy, meet our people & their passions.
The path to better living begins with noticing the ways in which you relate to your external environment, and how you nurture your internal environment. By understanding your own mind-body connection, you will become more in sync with the natural cycles that occur for you throughout a month, year and lifetime.
MIND
SPIRIT
Listening to what your body is saying helps strengthen your intuition, fostering a sense of clarity as you face unknowns along the way.
BODY
Acupuncture has a unique ability to settle the nervous system, allowing you a moment of stillness, that gradually extends into your daily life.
Whether acute or chronic, conscious or subconscious, our bodies store and process a vast amount of information. By creating balance within, your body will have ease to move through each day.

When I first discovered acupuncture, I was like many others are— desperate to feel better. That first session was both effective in treating the illness I had been unable to overcome for weeks, and in healing some deeper parts of my psyche I did not know needed TLC. Afterwards, my overall health pivoted profoundly. That’s when the seed was planted- I needed to know what the heck East Asian medicine was all about.
During that same time, I was pursuing my undergraduate degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of San Diego. I entered the program with an inclination to further study holistic-based medicine someday, and East Asian medicine became the means to do just that. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree, I moved up the Bay Area to start exploring what the schools there had to offer. I enrolled in the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College, Berkeley, where my world became both ridden with long hours of study, and awe. I quickly developed an interest in women’s health, intrigued by the influential nature of a menstrual cycle. I got my foot in the door working as a front desk associate at Blue Ova Health while in school, and upon licensure as an acupuncturist. I owe a large amount of my knowledge to the team there- they are all both incredible practitioners, and people. In those early days I also practiced in the community acupuncture setting at Petaluma Community Acupuncture, and in reproductive health at Nest Acupuncture in SF. The access to clinical experience allowed me to develop a sense of who I was as a practitioner, and I cannot thank all who I learned from enough.
As a human, I eat, sleep and breath East Asian medicine. The concepts have colored my world, and I spend much of my time contemplating how I can deepen my understanding of them. I have found the best teacher is nature itself, so that’s where I spend my free time- trail running, foraging, on the water, or just chillin’ in the sun.
